Cancellation: - If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Returns: - If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Buyer will have to share via WhatsApp/E-mail the image of the product with the damaged part. - In case you do not like the product, kindly courier it back to us and share tracking details via WhatsApp/E-mail. We will refund the amount equal to the rate of product in your wallet as store credit, redeemable within 1 year of the credit. COD charges will not be refunded. The return request must be initiated within 3 days of the product delivery date and product should be sent back within 5 days of delivery date (Weekends/holidays included). - Return option not applicable on customized products.
