Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation and Return Policywww.abhooshan.com believes in helping our customers as much as possible.
Cancellation:
- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
Returns:
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Buyer will have to share via WhatsApp/E-mail the image of the product with the damaged part.
- In case you do not like the product, kindly courier it back to us and share tracking details via WhatsApp/E-mail. We will refund the amount equal to the rate of product in your wallet as store credit, redeemable within 1 year of the credit. COD charges will not be refunded.
The return request must be initiated within 3 days of the product delivery date and product should be sent back within 5 days of delivery date (Weekends/holidays included).
- Return option not applicable on customized products.
The shipping charges of sending the product back to us will be borne by the buyer. Abhooshan reserves the right to accept or deny returns.
