Cancellation and Return Policy

 

Cancellation:

  • ü  If you cancel your order before it ships, the full amount will be refunded as store credit.

  • ü  If you cancel your order after it is shipped and is in transit, store credit will be issued once the package come back to us undelivered. Forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns:

  • ü  If you receive the wrong product, please share photos and an unboxing video showing the package and product with us via WhatsApp or email for request review.

  • ü  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product by courier and share the tracking details with us via WhatsApp or email. Store credit will be issued once we receive the return in original condition and packaging, equal to the product price minus forward shipping charges. The credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. COD charges are non-refundable.

ü   Return option not applicable on customized products.

 

 

Please submit your return request within 2 days of delivery and ship the product back within 5 days of delivery. Both deadlines include weekends and holidays.

 

Exchange:

  • ü  For an exchange, please send the product back to us for inspection. Store credit will be issued for the eligible amount (minus forward shipping) once we receive the return in original condition and packaging. You can use the credit to place a new order.

 

The shipping charges of sending the product back to us will be borne by the buyer. Abhooshan reserves the right to accept or deny returns.
