Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

www.abhooshan.com believes in helping our customer as far as possible. 

Cancellation:

-     If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Returns:

We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request must be initiated within 3 days of the product delivery date.

-    If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Buyer will have to share via WhatsApp/E-mail the image of the product with the damaged part.

-   In case you do not like the product, kindly courier it back to us and share tracking details via WhatsApp/E-mail. We will refund the amount equal to rate of product in your bank account once we receive the product. In cases of COD, COD charges will not be refunded.

The shipping charges of sending product back to us will be borne by buyer.

Refund:

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The  Refunds will be credit within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
